The facility is a full-fledged health center able to admit up to 50 patients a day and providing both curative and preventive services on daily basis, 24/7 and 365 days a year.

A majority of the facility’s advanced equipment were obtained through the support and generosity of the people of the USA especially in the State of Minnesota (See our list of partners).

Our life-changing program known as CHAI (Community Health Awareness Initiative) in Tanzania has been mobilizing women and providing women health education in rural communities using Community Health Workers (CHWs) since 2010.

CHAI provides training for nurses and community health workers throughout Tanzania. Through our CHAI program, families and individuals have gained the opportunity to be actively in charge of their health and sustain the ability to access what is needed for their betterment.
